In 2023, Liza created and launched an original course, teaching practising doctors how to integrate health coaching and nutrition science into their clinical work - bridging a gap between medical training and behaviour-change practice.

The course is still running three years on, the course has trained over 200 doctors and medical professionals. Its impact is reflected in strong post-course engagement - a significant share of graduates go on to request continued 1-1 mentorship from Liza after completing the program.

Atlas Biomed is a leading biotech company specialising in consumer microbiome testing

Over a three-year contractor engagement, Liza worked closely with Atlas Biomed's Microbiome Research Department to translate complex gut microbiome science into practical, accessible guidance for both healthcare professionals and everyday consumers.

Liza designed and delivered several webinars and workshops on gut health, split between audiences of health professionals and lay users, covering the relationship between gut microbiota and chronic disease prevention and how to interpret sequencing data from consumer microbiome tests.

She also built Atlas Biomed's online consulting department from the ground up, creating a new service line that gave users individual, science-based nutrition recommendations drawn from their own test results - an offering that didn't exist at the company before her involvement.
