Dasha helps tech companies turn organic growth into a repeatable growth channel. Organic growth is often fragmented: SEO handled separately from content, AI visibility treated as a trend, trust signals overlooked entirely, so I help to connect the system behind it. Dasha's work usually includes positioning, search strategy, content architecture, AI visibility, review and reputation signals, and market analysis. The goal is to get steady qualified demand, stronger conversion paths, and an organic engine will compound over time. Dasha works best with founders and lean marketing teams in tech, especially in B2B SaaS, edtech, marketplaces, and expansion-stage products. Dasha is the strategic owner who helps teams decide what to build, what to stop, and what moves organic growth forward. Background: built organic growth, reputation and content systems at Semrush, iFood, and TripleTen.
Dasha owned organic acquisition end to end for TripleTen's ES-LATAM market, spanning SEO, AEO, GEO, content operations, and reputation, with additional support for Brazil. She led a full site relaunch: rebuilding the information architecture, building custom landing pages, overhauling product pages, and fixing the technical SEO foundation underneath them, including crawl and index issues, Core Web Vitals, and internal linking. Organic traffic roughly doubled within three months. Over the course of the role, organic grew from a minor contributor into a core revenue channel, with the share of paid users coming from organic growing about fourfold.
She also built the trust and reputation layer behind that growth: trust pages, a badge system, review collection and response operations, and ongoing brand monitoring across search results. When TripleTen's public rating in Brazil dropped sharply, she led the recovery and brought it back from 5/10 to 8/10 within one week. She ran regular SEO, brand, and reputation audits, cleaned up the indexed footprint, wrote reputation guidelines, and ran customer interviews to keep messaging aligned with user intent.
Dasha launched TripleTen's referral program from scratch, designing the incentive structure, tracking, in-product prompts, and webinar lift tests. She then took ownership of the channel past the pilot stage, running platform experiments and further webinar tests that scaled monthly referral sales threefold.
She led this work through a cross-functional squad spanning SEO, content, design, development, and CX, setting KPIs and managing the backlog.
At iFood, Dasha owned organic growth for the Fintech business unit, leading the content production team and running SEO, content operations, and inbound. She led the website launch and on-site optimization, covering information architecture, technical SEO, internal linking, schema, and Core Web Vitals. Organic traffic roughly tripled within four months, and the number of ranked keywords grew fivefold within six months.
She defined the keyword strategy and topic clusters, and set up briefs, editorial QA, and publishing workflows, integrating AI tools with human editing to scale content quality. She also turned content into a steady lead-generation channel, building lead magnets, conversion paths, blog-to-demo flows, and nurture sequences.
Dasha spent two and a half years at Semrush across two roles. As part of the global online reputation management team, she set up social listening and reputation playbooks, and handled reputation cases in coordination with CX, Legal, and PMM. She rolled out a new brand voice across web, social, and community channels, and enabled regional teams with guidelines and briefs. She managed the creators and advocates program, built engagement cadences and feedback loops into product marketing, coordinated feature launches and explainers for brand channels, and grew branded search and social as acquisition sources.
Earlier, as part of the team that launched Semrush in Brazil, Dasha helped define and structure the regional channel strategy, building the dashboards and KPIs to measure it. She planned and ran brand and education campaigns, developed local marketing partnerships, and created and localized content for the Brazilian audience.
