Alexandra is an ICF certified leadership and change coach with a degree in Change Management and Organizational Development. She supports companies of different sizes - from fast scaling Tech companies, to Social Impact Organizations to large consumer good corporations - through 1:1 coaching, team coaching and facilitation. Her work helps leaders and their teams understand each other better, build an environment of trust and productive challenge and create more value for themselves, their teams and the organization. She comes in when leaders and high potentials need to shift their way of approaching challenges, when teams and organizations grow from one stage into an other and when the current ways of working are no longer enough for the challenges ahead. Before starting her own business NuVerve, she spent over 15 years in fast-scaling, high-paced organisations, including 13 years at Google and YouTube in Germany. Over the years she has facilitated over 200 workshops including organisational development and large-group facilitation.
